    ​All items are sent 2nd Class Royal Mail signed for. 

    ​All Petal Candles products are packaged in 100% recycled cardboard. Postal item will be packaged in recyclable boxes.


    Store Policies

    All candles contain Beeswax unless stated. Some candles are vegan.

    All hygiene and salt products are scented with Organic essential oils only.

    All items have been made and packaged in advance and no symptoms in household.

    All soaps are created from melt and pour and ingredients are listed.

    FAQ COVID-19

    Following COVID-19 Instruction Gloves and mask and used. Regular disinfection of working area and regular hand sanitising and washing has been observed. 

    How long does the coronavirus last on cardboard?

    It is highly unlikely that people can contract COVID-19 from food or food packaging. COVID-19 is a respiratory illness and the primary transmission route is through person-to- person contact and through direct contact with respiratory droplets generated when an infected person coughs or sneezes. There is no evidence to date of viruses that cause respiratory illnesses being transmitted via food or food packaging. Coronaviruses cannot multiply in food; they need an animal or human host to multiply.

    The Coronavirus can live on cardboard for up to 24 hours and on metal and plastics for up to 72 hours

    Vegan products will be labelled.
    We cannot guarantee Nut Free allergens are not present.

    ​Returns and Refunds

    We would like you to be happy with your Candles, but if you are not, you can return your item within 14 days of your receipt, provided the products are returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging.

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of the bath salts and soap bars products we cannot except returns due to hygiene reasons.

    We will refund the returned candle onto the card you made the original purchase only.

    We cannot refund postal charges; we cannot offer exchanges on products.

    Please return your items to the address we send you via email. I f you require them item to be replaced please order on our website.

    ​How long will it take to handle the return?

    ​Once the item has been received by me it can take up to five days to complete your refund request.

    Returns are handled in order they are received please ensure you retain proof of postage or return recorded delivery. When I receive your parcel, I will confirm receipt and contact you via email.

     

    It can take up to 4 business days for your refund to be processed and for it to appear on your bank card statement.

    If you do not receive our email confirmation with 10 days of sending your return, please contact us on business number. Monday – Friday 10am – 2pm so we can investigate.

     

    Item excluded for returns.

    ​Whether exercising your legal right to return or cancel a product under our returns policy, you do not have the right to return the following or cancel your order in respect of products that are personalised for you.

    Please ensure any cancelled items are cancelled before shipping time or despatch notice as they cannot be refunded once posted.

    Sealed for health protection or hygiene purpose.  Including Bath Salts and Soap.

    Faulty items

    ​We are always saddened when items arrive to our customers faulty. If you have found the item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, then you return the item under normal returns procedures.

    Contact us @williams.howellinteriors@gmail.com before you return the items so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward. Please do not message us on social media as it is not checked as regular as our business email.
